I actually filled out the form within the required 30 days and still never received the gift cards. Apparently Verizon lost my submission or based on what others have stated within these forums refuse to honor what they offered. It’s been 6 months with Verizon reps saying I didn’t submit the redemption within the allow time frame, to we can’t find it, the gift cards are on their, we will escalate this matter, it’s your fault, check the website for updates, to we mail them out and you received.. WOW, I am shocked at how Verizon treats their customer. I know I never receive my $400 gift cards. But I will forever dislike your company and will make sure to let everyone know.
