Never received my promotional gift card

Good Afternoon,
I never recieved my gift card for signing up. On February 23, we received an email that saild it's on its way. Can you please have someone look into this for me. We tried to call and got passed around several times, before being sent to a department that didn't have anyone working. We were disconnected.
