Never received promo gifts card

Best decision I have made is to switch to Verizon services, I'm very satisfied with the service, but I'm so disappointed and upset I earned two $100 gifts promo cards it been closed to four months that I qualify and I'm still waiting I never received the cards,they have me calling every 30 days for the past 4 months telling me they are going to mail a new card but they never do, is ridiculous already I'm just wasting my time I can't believe put customers in this situation ,I'm thinking even closing my account after this.
