Never received the Fios sign-up bonus $100 gift card

I've switched from my former internet provider over to Fios a few months ago. At the time of the sale, I was promised a $100 gift card. On May 16, 2021, I received an email from Verizon stating that my account now qualified for redeeming the gift card. I followed the instructions to redeem the card and received a confirmation email on May 17 that "Your reward is on its way. It will be sent to you via US mail within the next 30 days."

As of today, June 24, well past the 30 days mark, I have seen no sign or trace of that gift card. I have neither received the card in mail, nor am I able to track the status of this gift card in any way. My account page still shows the "Redeem Now" link for the gift card, but clicking it leads nowhere - it either bounces me back to the My Account page, or it simply loads forever until the browser times out. I have reached out to chat support, but the agent said she cannot help me tracking the card and directed me to call 1-800-837-4966. I have just tried calling this number, but was unable to reach a live agent before the robocaller hung up.

Am I cheated out of $100?
