I have been waiting for a new rooter to be sent to my home but it has been all most three weeks. Can you check on it?

You cannot get that service here. Call 1-800-VERIZON and after a long wait you will be sent to a live person. Do this on Monday since service on the weekends is nill or spotty.
due to this virus the wait times could be even longer. You could also try a chat session from verizons web portal http://www.verizon.com
