New Verizon Customer with 4 lines, end up being charged 7+ lines fees while porting.

Hello,

I started Verizon on Sept 24 coming from Tmobile with 4 lines.

I got 4 temp Verizon numbers while I got my account started. One week later, I begin to port my 4 lines. I had issue with porting 2 numbers  because the rep input numbers wrong and another Verizon rep had to manually cancel port and re-do and also another Verizon rep had to manually add a line to replicate the number I wanted to port.

This porting issue now resolved, but now, I look at my first bill and I'm being charged activation fees on my 4 temp lines even though Verizon rep on the phone and in store said they to waive my activation fees of $160 for all 4 lines.

I look at my estimated 2nd bill from Verizon, and now I have more activation fees and more new lines unlimited welcome fees on multiple lines.

Three weeks in on Verizon with me expecting a simple 4 lines plan with Verizon and my first and second bill at Verizon is totaling over $600. Verizon rep told me said they would fix my invoice for my first and next estimated bill in 3-5 days but my first bill is due on Oct 15.

I just want my bills to match the reason I came to Verizon for 3 weeks ago - 4 lines on a Verizon service.. I understand that my first bill is bigger then the rest but I don't see any activation fee waived and my second bill does not make sense.

My last call to Verizon rep, they said they would submit case to get me $160 credit for the activation fee and $140+ additional credit for my second bill. I have no communication so far. Please help.
