Called for other reasons and was offered a new phone and said what happened with this phone and how I’m still paying on it somehow, spoke to customer service (Ryan) and he seemed eager to help out and make it right, was told he would call back on Dec. 12, well no call was made to me, the other customer service people aren’t trying to make it right and saying they have to listen to Ryan and my conversation to prove what he was offering. Basically Verizon’s mistake is apparently mine!!!
