New billing issue

We just renewed our contract for the same package as last year.  But when we got th ereciept and the new billing estimate it is almost $20 over the old one.  We were told it would be the same and then we see we no longer are going to receive a discount of $15 for being a loyal customer.  How do we get this back?  Or do we need to leave and come back for a better deal?
