New customer...Can't get anybody to talk to

I received my first bill and I am floored.  I cannot get anybody to talk to, the chat room is always busy and the virtual asst is worthless.  I cannot find a store nearby where I might go to discuss my problem.  I am frazzled.  Can anyone help me? What I should do?

You can contact Verizon support at 1-800-VERIZON, in addition to chat.  For billing issues, you will need to contact Verizon during normal business hours.
