New customer with huge billing issues

I saw the commercials at Christmas time for the Unlimited Plus plan and it sounded great. It’s been a billing nightmare since. I went to a Verizon store (I later found out it was an authorized dealer) to ask about the deal I saw on tv. An hour later I leave with 4 brew phones, 4 Apple Watches and 4 IPads. I was charged over a $1000. I was told I would be credited and that I wouldn’t have to pay anything for the next several billing cycles. Well, I ended up with an $860 dollar bill in January. It’s supposed to be $45.00/ per phone plus 10.00 for each phone and watch. So it should be closer to $260. I’ve spent over 5 hours on the phone and nothing has been resolved. My estimated bill is now $789. How do I get this resolved??
