In late February 2012 I signed up for FIOS and was told I need to pay a $400 security deposit. I did (have proof) and the man I spoke with said just to be on the safe side wait 12 months then if you haven't received it back call in. Well I have spent the past year calling IN, getting transferred, promised callbacks and nothing. I've been getting a small credit applied to my bill each month for a YEAR as "interest on deposit". I'm just wanting my deposit back, even as a credit to my bill. I need help!!! I recently renewed my services because I enjoy Verizon and my sales representative said I definetley should have received my deposit back by now.
