Ensure your folks at store at 2191a Winchester Rd, Huntsville, AL 35811 have customer empathy when one employee obviously caused me a $400 error months ago. I was told that I would have to see that person to address my issue. None of these employees at the store today wanted to help, particularly a middle aged white male, blonde hair. He even suggested I go to another store in the next city where the person who made the error was supposedly working or come back to see them tomorrow. I asked for a supervisor or manager and all three in unison said no manager or supervisor was working. I called Ms Hilda who called there and basically got the same results and excuses. They even told her they told me to complete a customer complaint form; that is a bold lie that I and my wife can refute. Hilda took detailed notes, recredited $400 to my account, and provided a return label to mail the equipment, and asked me to mail it to return center. Don't understand why three individuals in this store couldn't do what Hilda did to preserve goodwill at Verizon. If Hilda hadn't taken competent, caring action I was determined to discontinue business with Verizon. She should be commended and the three others fired.
