No credit for trade-in

I traded in 3 phones in November 2024 and still have not received any credit for the trade in. Verizon customer service has assured this will happen but it has not. In addition, I have attempted to remove a hotspot for almost a year and continue to be billed. This matter needs to be escalated by Verizon. Very frustrating!!
