No customer service options if your disconnected

Just found out we are disconnected.  I had made a payment of $170 on 6/9 which was part of my payment arrangement.  Now, I'm disconnected??? 1. - My account when I get online doesn't say it is, which is normally would if this happens.  2. - I made a payment on 6/9!   I need my phone since I work from home.  If I get logged out for any reason, I'm unable to work.  I won't be able to log back in.  I have been trying to call any number I find to talk to a person, and the automated babysitter won't let me talk to a person until I pay my bill.   Yes, I'm a tad upset.  I've been trying for over a half an hour.    I   Need   To   Talk   To   A   Person!  - Not the stupid automated thing.

I have the same problem, and can't get through to anyone. As was said prior, I can't get through to financial services because the robot babysitter won't let me through! I have wasted over a half an hour so far trying to find a number I can talk to someone in financial services.   This is the one and only thing  I can think of that I absolutely hate about Verizon. Service itself is fantastic.

BTW - this is the first time I have tried to contact someone this way, so I just realized it was attached to someone else.   This isn't me.  I'm not sure if I should give out my phone number or not so it is the correct account.
