Good afternoon - I recently transferred to another provider but neglected to download several of my previous bills, which I would like to keep. Verizon chat and customer service via phone will not help since I am no longer a customer. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thank you

Have you tried the disconnected account login URL, where you use your User ID (don't put in the phone number, even though the box says so) to login? This works for only a short period of time (I've heard 30 days) after porting out.

Some people have reported they've had luck getting store employees to print paper bills, but others haven't had success.

Appreciate the help - it doesn't appear that I can enter alpha characters in the phone number field though?

Hm. That's unfortunate. If using the phone number also doesn't work, then I don't have an answer for you. Verizon needs to address this issue better.

Agreed but there really isn't any benefit/motivation for them to do so. Looks like I will need to go to a local store and hassle them 😁

Maybe and maybe not...one must also consider that if former customers are still treated courteously, it could be an incentive for them to return one day. Life is full of changes. I've read other posts from people who want a more detailed explanation of charges on their last bills, and have the same problems with accessing their old accounts, which just adds to the frustration factor. Good luck on the "hassling". 😉

When you open the last link I provided, you should not have to enter anything. It only moves us to the secure chat.
