No response from corporate; seeking desperate help on bill

I was instructed to reach out to the Verizon correspondence team because support was unable to help me with my billing issue. My last conversation Was with a supervisor who told me I should hear back within 24 to 48 hours after the letter is received. I’ve called support to verify the letter was received (I even paid for expedited shipping to guarantee the letter arrives last Monday), & was told that I would receive a response today. Unfortunately, unfortunately, it is now evening and no one has contacted me. My service is being shut off on May 11th. I am desperately seeking help. I am unable to reach the Verizon Corporate team as there is no phone number or email available for their team. Can someone from Verizon please help me? I am desperate for a guiding light of hope that I can move on from the stress Verizon has caused to my peace of mind and after weeks of effort, I have been chasing for help to resolve my 3K+ incorrect bill & have provided full details in my letter to corporate . Please help me. I have gone over and beyond as a customer to resolve this: please see my account notes for proof.
