My FIOS service has been out since the recent storm. Please fix.

Thanks for your reply. We tried the repair link and it said that we needed to contact Verizon. We waited 30 minutes on hold for an agent and the chat option estimated a 35 minute wait. We were hoping that someone could help tell us how to submit the outage online, since the phone and chat options have frustratingly long hold times. Thanks.
