Hello is there anyway you can honor my payment arrangement I paid the $260 on 6/7 services are still off financial advised services would be restored when that balance was paid she also told me that they were open until 8pm yesterday which was a lie and they closed the lines at 6:00pm
What can I do, I understand the late payment is my fault but it’s paid and now no service makes me not want to pay again
