Not able to add payment method

I am trying to add a payment method to my account, but after I add all the information the button remains greyed-out.

How are you attempting to add the payment method? Where are you adding it (My Verizon account online or app)? Are you attempting to set up AutoPay or simply make a one-time payment?

I filled out the Add Payment form in complete detail but the save button was greyed-out. I managed to solve my problem by using "incognito mode" in Chrome. This seems unfortunate. A payment form should still work without needing to enable third-party cookies or some type of data layer.
