Having the same issue. Sent back two phones to get credit and when I called the lady told me one was received and the other box was empty!!! I have the tracking from UPS saying it was dropped off with LONG at the dock in Fort Worth Texas.
Then she proceeded to tell after she had already looked up the tracking number that now the tracking number doesn’t even show it went to a Verizon facility and now neither my husband or myself name is on the tracking package.
Well that’s a total lie!!! Verizon needs to fix this. Or will be going somewhere else.
