Nothing will let me pay my bill

I've tried so many ways to try and pay my bill,

Online website, through the app, with a costumer service agent, through the automated phone call, even at an in-store kiosk.

At first  it said payment received and the bill was payed, but the charges on the bill never got deducted, the payment history never recorded it, and the money on my card was not touched. Now the website says they can't process my attempts to pay the bill, and the kiosk at a Verizon store didn't recognize my account number. What is going on? 

The imagine below is my first attempt which was a long time ago, but I noticed much later that it never actually went through, now I'm having consistent trouble trouble to pay my bill. Very convenient when my offers just came up.

Please help, I have a few days before my service is cut off, and it's not even my fault.
