I was promised a $25/month discount for our son being a physician. After a full day of trying, we are not able to apply that discount. Verizon Customer Service sent me an email (after an hour on the phone) that had a link they said would work. It didn’t. Our son can’t even sign into our account because the system is trying to verify the sign-in credentials with a number OTHER THAN our primary number on the account. No one has a phone that ends in the number they are sending it to! Verizon Customer Service is getting as bad as Xfinity and that’s bad! Any thoughts?

From what I've read elsewhere in the forums, I'd check to see what discounts you're already getting before trying to get the nurse discount, because discounts are NOT "stackable". If what you have now is better than $25 off, keep what you've got or you run the risk of losing all your current discounts in exchange for only $25 off your bill and won't be able to go back.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
