OMG Seriously Verizon?

I posted on Tuesday the issue I have been having since Feb, I started getting charged for Showtime and now HBO. I have called Verizon "customer service" and have gone back and forth with them. They remove my movie packages but then add them back on the same day. Now after dealing with this since FEBRUARY NOW they are telling me that the movie packages are being ordered through my cable box. I sent them a message back telling them there is no way. I am the only one here and am not doing anything like that, why would I? So I could fight with them every month. This is ridiculous! I have also complained about my phone coming up as someone else's name. They keep teeling me they will fix that too but when I call someone I come up on their caller ID as Michael ****. YEAH That must be mw too right?

I lost my purse one day and called the place I knew I must have left it. They said they tried information to get my #. I told them my number is listed, but since they listed my # as Michael ****, who knew?

I am so aggravated with this **bleep** and Verizon for the games! When I refuse to pay my bill go find Michael ****, I'm sure this guy (who I've never even heard of until I got Verizon) will pay you!

And take the stupid movie packages off (AGAIN)

I've had your post copied to an employee monitored board, where a Verizon representative can assist you.  You will be contacted by email, private message in the Forums and/or the billing telephone number on your Verizon account as soon as possible.
