I started to see erroneous charges in my Verizon bills. My January, April, July bills in 2020 are about $200 higher than the normal. I called Verizon and I also chatted with the online reps multiple times. Every time I contacted Verizon, I was informed that they saw the problem and they would correct it. Today is July 13, the billing issue is not resolved yet. Verizon people are not capable of fixing a very obvious billing issue. I realized that Verizon can charge customers any amount, and nobody in Verizon will do anything about it. It is very scary. It looks like I have to move to Comcast.
