Offered home security by Verizon representatives

Two Verizon representatives came to my home I told them I was happy with my services, I had home security and internet through xfinity. I told them I would not switch because I could not afford to lose my home security system. The one representative looked at my cameras and said they were blink cameras and If I owned them I could use them with the Verizon home security system. He convinced me to hear his pitch and by the end he told me I’d pay 75$ for internet 4 streaming services and a new security system!! I was stoked ! Of course i signed up! He told me id receive the new system in the mail which consisted of a keypad to arm and disarm the house 8 door/window sensors and something similar to an echo show. I was thrilled and super excited. A man came out to my house and did my internet. I hadn’t heard anything about the security system so 5 days later (today) I called only to find out Verizon doesn’t offer home security and if I’d like it I’d have to spend a couple hundred dollars to purchase oh and my bill will be 111.79$ UHM WHAT?! I was immediately hysterical I feel so taken advantage of ! I canceled my services and now my home is left unprotected and I’m left with a bill that’s almost as much as my last bill and I don’t even have security. The CSR sent me emails for discounts to which I’m entitled to by my job. I literally hung up disgusted and feeling violated this is horrible misleading and disgusting !!!!
