Old Fios account linked to Wireless

I had no idea that my old Fios account from many years ago was still linked to my wireless. I have a separate Fios account for my current service which uses the same mobile number and email - I never imagined these would not be synced. I see others have had the same issue but how can I delete the old account and add my new one? I’ve been missing out on the bundle discount for 3 years now. I cannot believe “the best” ISP/wireless provider can make such basic mistakes.
