On-going Gift Card Redemption issue

I was told when signing up that I would be eligible for a $50 gift card after a certain date. Well I am eligible now to redeem the gift card, but The "Redeem Gift Card" button takes me to another page saying "This page is not working" and has done so for the past month. I've tried several different browsers, using my phone, clearing cache with no luck. This has clearly been an on-going issue for several months (seeing posts dating back to January) with Verizon making no effort to correcting it, I'm sure Verizon is hoping that the customer will eventually give up or forget about it. This is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Once my contract is up I will be switching to a more reliable provider.

You can find your Inbox by clicking on your username at the top right corner of this page and then clicking the envelope icon that appears at the top of the menu. Please direct all correspondence concerning your issue to the agents who will be assisting you privately.
