I linked my Fios and mobile a few years ago and then canceled Fios when i moved addresses to a location that did not have service. I am now still linked to a disconnected account and have a new Fios account I cannot link until my old service is disconnected from my one Verizon ID. I spent 3 hours on the phone with both home and mobile support who were unable to help me. What do I do next? I keep getting emails to link my accounts for better discounts ...
