Before enabling One Verizon ID, the MyVerizon page showed only my Home Fios account info, and nothing about Wireless. I was at least able to see my consolidated monthly bill.
Since enabling One Vz ID, I can only see the Wireless, and nothing about my Home account. I can no longer see the combined monthly bill. Have spent many hours in support chat, been transferred between teams many times & was eventually cut off, only to have my problem declared solved!

I'd like to know how. I received five private messages from Vz support reps offering help. Responded to all of them with no result. One sent a chat link. When I joined the chat, nobody from Vz showed up.

Sorry, but this is no help. I have already had several multi-hour chat sessions, been pushed from team to team only to be cut off. I have transcripts of these worthless sessions. That's why I tried the community support. Your link takes me back to starting a new chat. I also am struggling to even log on to the Verizon site. I get an orange pop-up apologizing & asking me to try again later.. over and over.
