I have for months been trying to have an old disconnected Fios account disabled from the One Verizon ID so that I can add my current and active Fios account added. I have talked to numerous people I keep getting switched from Mobile Agents to Fios Agents both telling me its the other's department who has to have it removed, I've chatted for HOURS with agents, the last time they told me to check my account in 8 days, its been 2 weeks and still nothing has been done.
I don't understand why its so complicated if you know your account numbers and what should be removed and what should be added why this is a multi-month and multi-hour process. Has been nothing short of a nightmare.
Has anyone gotten this resolved for them?
