Ongoing Billing Issues

I joined Verizon back in February under the deal that gave me the full value of a set of  iPhone 14 pros via trade.  Since then I’ve had monthly calls with customer service trying to rectify a never ending billing problem.  I’m over charged roughly $14-15 a month for one of my devices with no legitimate reason. Customer service reps have acknowledged that I am being over charged on my bill.  

Customer service keeps ‘escalating’ my dispute but it never gets anywhere  past that call typically.  Customer service is terrible and if I wasn’t signed for 3 years I would have abandoned  ship with Verizon by now.  Is there a representative or at Verizon that can actually help me fix this billing problem?

-Revolving door device not received remark when I shipped both devices in the Verizon box. Provided IMEI numbers but I never get a clear answer on this issue.  Apple has stated both devices are currently in use by Verizon customers.

-The wrong promotion was applied and never gets corrected from so called ‘escalations’.
