Online bill pay does not recognize my account number and possibly my password even though I know they are correct. I spoke with a Verizon agent two days ago and was told it was a glitch in their computer system and should be working within 24 hours. However, it still does not work. Anyone have an idea as to why it's not working?

Sorry you are having difficulty, an agent with access to your account will reach out to you directly by email, private message in the Forums and/or the billing telephone number on your Verizon account for more information or help you resolve your issue.

I reported a similar problem over 1 month ago via webchat, I am now due to pay this months bill and am still unable to sign-on to my Verizon account - Verizon will not accept my regular password or any temporary password that I request, however it appears to let me use a temparary password to gain access to the community forum site??? When are these account access issues going to be resolved???
