Hi i have a problem when i like to use the mobile app on my samsung tablet . When i hit the HBO it said that the device is not authorized. Can you help with this.

This is getting ridiculous. Since September 2014 I have been paying my bill at the local Verizon store, because I can’t process a payment online. There did not use to be a problem, but since the upgrade I am not able to pay online.
I will make a request tomorrow to remove myself from electronic bill to paper bill. Soooo Verizon can pay to send me a bill and pay someone to open my bill and process my check. The convenience of online bill pay is beneficial for everyone when it works, but it is costing me gas money to run to the Verizon store.
I enrolled for convenience and it appears that Verizon can’t even display my current bill so I know my balance. REALLY?!?! You are a large company and can’t seem to get the billing approach correct. GIVE me a BREAK. I guess your option is to tell the customers to go to the store or pay $3.50 for the convenience e of using pay by phone. I can’t imagine the amount of late fees you are assessing customers because of the inept billing system, but I guess that is the reason your customer service ratings are so low. Good thing your service is reliable when up and running.
