Online Payment Issue

After months of billing issues finally getting fixed (or at least supposedly fixed) now I am unable to make an online payment to pay my bill. I click one time payment and its blank. So let's open a support case and get this fixed as I am tired of months of back and forth with this company.

what browser are you using? try using Firefox or Google Chrome browser or try it on another computer?
