Online billing no longer working?

I've had phone service (landline) with Verizon for many years, and always used paper-free billing. I received my bills by email and then paid them online.

This month I was surprised to get a paper bill. When I went online, my bill cannot be loaded, and no payment history is found. When I clicked on paper-free billing the page doesn't load.

What is going on with my account?

I tried from different computers and different browsers as well.
