My bill was due yesterday and I tried to pay it online and it kept going back saying to choose a payment method. I had two saved payment methods, and each time I chose one it would come back and tell me to pick one. I called and they had me delete one and try it, but it still said the same thing. They had me delete the other one and then add one back, but then it wouldn't save what I entered. I'm still having the same issue today.
