Online upgrade frustrations!

Hello, For over 6 months I have logged into my account to make changes to my FIOS package, but I continue to get the same : Please contact the Verizon Local Business Office We're sorry, we are unable to continue your order at this time. Please try again later or contact your local Verizon office for assistance. 1 800 - VERIZON (1 800 - 837 - 4966) You may also visit Contact Us to Chat Live, email us and view additional contact information. I don't want to talk to a rep, I want to see the package that I want to sign up for in front of me and make my choice. I have emailed a rep back and forth about the issue and it STILL has not changed. My agreement is up and I would like to see my options. Please help me with some suggestions on what to do. Thanks.

Sorry you are having difficulty making changes to your service online. An agent with access to your account will reach out to you directly by email, private message in the Forums and/or the billing telephone number on your Verizon account for more information or to help you resolve your issue.
