Hello Verizon,
I’ve had your Valued Customer discount for quite awhile now; years possibly. I just became a college student recently. I added the student discount to my account and it seems that, starting next cycle, I will no longer be able to use my Valued Customer discount. Is that correct? Do I need to choose one or the other? Is there a way I can choose both? If not, can I go back to my Valued Customer discount?
