Hello,
New customer here. Ordered 2 yr agreement triple play with Gigabit internet for my new home. Router purchased from Verizon, not rented. Desired start date was Aug 31. Received hardware (router + digital adapter). Installed router only (not TV) after Aug 31 and it works fine. When I finally had the time a day or so later, I tested for speed using Verizon's official speed test. I got 100/100. I suspect my services have not been provisioned properly so I contact chat rep. Chat rep tells me my order is still pending and tries to resolve with "internal team" and they say they can't. They claim I have to cancel order and reorder to solve issue. I searched the forum and found that this issue is somewhat common and Verizon employees on the forum seem to be the fastest to solve it (other people call and get no solution). Please, Verizon employees on the forum, help me with this!
