Current Fios Internet/TV/Phone customer and was presented an online offer to upgrade to Gigabit service at a reduced cost from current plan.
2 days ago submitted the order online, scheduled installation date and received an order number...never received an email confirmation.
Contacted Verizon via chat earlier today to check the status and they said there was "no current order" so told me to try again. Went through the same order process today...received a new order number but still no confirmation email.
Would really appreciate it if someone from Customer Service could look into the matter. Thanks.
