Order stuck in 'Pending Status' for a month

Hello support team,

I downgraded my Fios plan back in January 2023 but the online status showed the order is still stuck in 'Pending' status after a month. Attached is the order status and it says it takes only 5 minutes to change order.

I talked to multiple customer services and was told they do not see any error on their end. But I just got new bill notification and the estimated charge is still old amount before my plan change. Looks like this order is still stuck for some error and it also blocks me to make any other change from online website. I tried to click on that order status link but it did not work at all (just redirect back to Fios home page).

 

Can someone from support team please help check and escalate this issue? Thank you very much
