Oustanding Balance from Account that doesn't exist?

I have received multiple emails indicating that I have an outstanding charge on my account of $35 ("although your service has been terminated") even though I have paid every bill using auto pay. When porting my account over from Xfinity Mobile, there were a bunch of issues and I believe one of the tech support individuals set up a new account.  This account number is different than the one that is on my current plan.  In multiple run arounds with VZW customer support, no one can find this outstanding charge. However, now I am going to get hit on my credit score with a late payment for a bill that doesn't exist!

This is not spam - the from email is ecrmemail.verizonwireless
