I would never have dreamed that Verizon would have treated me so poorly. I have been fighting cancer for the past two years. Over this time we had our Verizon bill paid with auto-pay every month so we wouldn't forget to pay it and possibly miss a call from my cancer doctors. Long story short we over-paid our account by almost $1100.00. We were not watching our checking account as closely as we should have since we were traveling continuously back on forth to the hospital and doctor appointments. We hadn't noticed for over a year that Verizon was still withdrawing $99.00 a month. I told my wife to not worry because it will be easily fixed since it was just a mistake with Verizon not canceling the line after we returned the router, I was so very wrong! We were only offered a 3-month refund because Verizon told me that it was my fault that I didn't catch "their" mistake and that I should have called sooner.

I am sorry you are dealing with this. Although, nothing surprises me anymore with the dealings I have had with VERIZON since I ported my service over from SPRINT two years ago. I hope you are able to speak with someone who is going to make it right. I wish you all the best concerning your medical issues, as well as, issues from VERIZON concerning your bill.
