Overcharged Billing

Hi Team,

I noticed my three monthly bill $89.99 when my plan said the monthly bill is $39.99. I chatted with a verizon representative and his explanation is the $50 per month charge is for router/activiation fee. 

However, we bought and paid the router from a local store and did the self intallation. His first response is router is always purchased online. Then I asked him to show me the shipment inforamtion. After he cannot find the shipment information, he said we must pick it up without payment. Then he asked me to submit payment information. In a hurry, I cannot find one, then he direct me to this 1 800 837 4966 number. I am waiting for the response for a hour already. 

Could you help to resolve this issue?  I already found the credit card record showing that we paid for the router. We need get the refund back to our account. 

I hope this can be resolved in a timely fashion.
