Overcharged on first Version wireless bill

I signed up for two lines on Unlimited Ultimate. I bought my phones with me. I signed up via an online agent. With my autopay and FiOS discount, the total amount for the two lines came to $ 130.58. 
I just received my first bill and was totally shocked to see the charge of  $257.50. 
I took snapshots of the online conversation with the agent and have double-checked the confirmed charges. 
This bill I received is absolutely shocking. 
Can someone from Version reach out to me please as I am getting no help calling customer service.

I merged my fios and wireless accounts and had to create a new user name. I am now alid152. I cannot login as ali152.
