I was overcharged for an international plan that I called to set up for 3 weeks. Verizon has charged me and even though I have called and even went down to the store, they still haven't credited my account. This has been going on since February. They owe me $300 dollars. After spending 45 minutes with a representative, he put me on hold to speak to billing. After about 20 minutes, the phone disconnected and when I called back they were closed.I have been with the same company for 21 years. They definitely are not treating their "grandfathered " customers the way they should. I'm almost certain they WANT me to leave.

Is it that you're getting billed an extra $100 plus taxes/fees every month for the International Service Plan? If so, go into your Verizon account under the manage perks section and unsubscribe from the monthly subscription for international service.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
