Has this been an ongoing issue where you're getting double billed every month, or have you only recently signed up with Verizon? If it is the former, I'm wondering if you did some kind of line upgrade or switched from prepaid to postpaid or vice versa, and someone at Verizon didn't do the conversion properly. That would definitely cause double billing every month. If it is the latter, there is a charge for line activation which I want to say gets billed sooner than the first bill for the mobile service. There are also fees for device setup and data transfers if you had a Verizon employee do those things, or if you used the Pro on the Go house call service, and possibly unrelated 3rd party store fees if you went to a 3rd party store.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
