PULLING MY BUSINESS ACCOUNTS!! Called 10+ times in 3+ months and still UNRESOLVED!!

I am so infuriated with VERIZON!  😠  I have 2  BUSINESS accounts with lines that have been with Verizon for decades.  Verizon assured me that TravelPass was available for Cuba travel.  Low and behold, I have been charged $1302.73.  I continue to be assured that since their representative made the mistake that I will be credited.

I have called over 10 times since January.  After hours upon hours, going through the same song and dance with each Verizon customer rep, I continue to be threatened to have our business line shut off for non-payment of this outstanding bill.

VERIZON'S INTENT must be to wear down the customer in order to avoid paying for THEIR MISTAKES!

😡  I AM FURIOUS!!

I am venting here because I can't call them again.  My blood is boiling.

What are some other phone carriers that you have had the pleasure of working with?  I am serious about PULLING MY BUSINESS ACCOUNTS FROM VERIZON!

Sorry about the Travel Pass thing, but when I looked at the international service map, Cuba isn't included unless I'm completely misinterpreting the colors.  Guess you could try an outside agency with filing a complaint, but if it's a case of "he said, she said", won't hold up.

Every carrier has its warts.  If you truly want out, there are apps out there which will tell you about how well all the carriers perform in your neighborhood and there's always asking the neighbors about who they use.  I came from a budget carrier originally and it was a big case of getting what you pay for.  Also tried T-Mobile thinking it would be better, but it was lots worse and I had a billing fiasco with them too.
