Paid bill but no service

I had service interrupted but paid my past due immediately and my next bill isn’t due for 3 week. I have 3 devices and only 2 had restored services. One phone still hasn’t had its service restored and yes we did all the restarting the phone etc. I’m kind of getting frustrated with Verizon services bc the bill continues to go up and quality services continue to decrease.
