I have had my autopay/paper free billing discount since I stared with Verizon wireless.
on July 31st I paused/suspended my auto pay discount. with that said my auto pay will resume on my next billing cycle.
I do not see my auto pay discount on my new bill 20$ 2 line account. On Feb 14 Verizon auto pay sign up will require either a bank account or Verizon Visa card. With this said Verizon will is letting you keep your auto pay discount when you have signed up with a debit card prior to Feb 14th.
I believe Verizon went into my account and took off my auto pay discount 20$ 2 lines in account
I’d like for my auto pay discount to be put back in my bill please
